On Friday, November 9, the Morgan’s Wonderland Facebook page reached 40,000 page ‘likes.’
The “Be Our 40,000th ‘Like’” promotion was unveiled on the morning of Thursday, November 8. The 40,000th user to ‘like’ the page would win a 4-pack of tickets to A Wonderland Christmas, Morgan’s Wonderland’s upcoming holiday event. That same day, more than 900 Facebook users had ‘liked’ the promotional post and nearly 100 had shared the post on their own Facebook wall.
In about 14 hours, the Morgan’s Wonderland Facebook page obtained close to 1,000 new ‘likes,’ receiving its 40,000th ‘like’ from Eldon Hansen shortly after 1:00 a.m. Friday morning.
