Goodwill Industries of San Antonio teamed up with its official fashion bloggers, Pam Lutrell, Agosto Cuellar and Pippa Williams, to host Work It!, a free summer fashion show at the Goodwill Bulverde store on Saturday, June 28.
Twenty models walked the floor, displaying on-trend fashions with pieces found at Goodwill stores. The show also featured “upcycled” looks by San Antonio designer Cuellar, who specializes in repurposing thrift store clothing by designing and sewing different items together.
Bailey McGowan from KENS 5 was on hand to cover the show and spoke extensively with Goodwill Marketing Consultant Penny Benavidez.
The fashion show kicked off a series of signature Work It! looks that Goodwill is selling at participating stores. All looks worn by the models were available for sale after the show.
