The Situation

For Shiner Beer, esd & associates develops nationally advertised online promotions in rapid time. The team at Gambrinus demands quick turn-around for their interactive and advertising promotions, and esd & associates continually meets their marketing deadlines and generates revenue results.

The Solution

“Under the Cap”: esd & associates created and developed the Shiner “Under The Cap” interactive promotion under extremely tight deadline constraints. Provided with a two-week lead, we developed the concept and then created the Web site. Shiner customers entered codes from bottle caps into the Web site, which then automatically registered them to win prizes. esd & associates developed a backend of the site, which enabled Shiner to draw winners automatically, give away prizes and develop a mailing list of customers.

Bocktoberfest (www.bocktoberfest.com):

Shiner.com Web siteOur team develops the creative Bocktoberfest site each year for Shiner. We create a customized database that allows customers to reserve and purchase campsites, buy tickets online and view upcoming attractions. We are specialists at developing interactive sites that draw the consumer into the site. For Bocktoberfest, esd & associates gave patrons of Bocktoberfest the opportunity to post pictures of themselves at the event. The campaign was titled “Get Caught with Bock” and integrated an easy upload feature for participants at Bocktoberfest to post their fun times for everyone to experience. Prizes were given to the best photos.

esd & associates also creates detailed e-mail marketing campaigns targeted to Shiner customers. Promotional campaigns are disseminated to consumers in the various databases built for the “Under The Cap” and Bocktoberfest promotions.
