Twenty models walked the floor, displaying on-trend fashions with pieces found at Goodwill stores.  The show also featured “upcycled” looks by San Antonio designer Cuellar, who specializes in repurposing thrift store clothing by designing and sewing different items together.
Lutrell, a San Antonio journalism teacher who founded Over50Feeling40.com, focuses on affordable couture for women. Williams, of Houston, specializes in thrift store shopping tips.
Bailey McGowan from KENS 5 was on hand to cover the show and spoke extensively with Goodwill Marketing Consultant Penny Benavidez.
The fashion show kicked off a series of signature Work It! looks that Goodwill is selling at participating stores. All looks worn by the models were available for sale after the show.
