San Antonio – The Big Give S.A. is getting an early start to help hundreds of local nonprofit organizations prepare for the day of giving in the spring of 2015. Registration opened this week for the May 5 day of giving.
A kickoff event on Jan. 14 will provide more details on the 2015 event, financial commitments from local sponsors and more information on tools nonprofits can use to leverage the charity day of giving.
The Big Give S.A. also will release a study on what strategies worked best last year and how to prepare for this year. The event will feature the following speakers:

Representatives from dozens of nonprofits will be available for one-on-one interviews. These will include animal rescues, children’s organizations and other groups.
In its inaugural year in 2014, The Big Give S.A. raised more than $2 million for 467 nonprofit organizations via more than 21,000 individual gifts from people across San Antonio and South Texas. esd & associates is a proud supporter and partner of The Big Give S.A.
