The San Antonio Board of REALTORS®(SABOR) members site website lacked a member-centric website design. The design was not mobile-friendly, making the site difficult for members to use and find the information needed.
esd refreshed the member.SABOR.com website to be mobile-friendly so that members could access information from any device. In efforts to also make member.SABOR.com a member-centric website, esd developed an online catalog through which members could add items from the REALTOR® Store, such as “For Sale” signs and other items with ease.
esd also incorporated a chat function through which members and SABOR staff could communicate. This has not only elevated the service provided to members and streamlined member service, but also provided added-value to the organizationmember relationship.
